The Brief
Basalt Hills Beef and Lamb Co needed a website that reflected the quality, care, and sustainability behind their farm-to-table offering. As a premium producer of F1 Wagyu beef and low carbon lamb, it was important that the online experience communicated both the value of their products and their connection to the land.
The goal was to create an inviting, easy-to-navigate platform where customers could explore hampers, understand the farming philosophy, and purchase with confidence.
The Outcome
I designed and developed a warm, visually rich eCommerce website that brings the brand’s story and products to life. The design uses earthy tones and high-quality imagery to reinforce the connection between product and origin, while maintaining a clean structure that supports usability.
The user journey was carefully considered to guide visitors from discovery through to purchase, with clear pathways to explore products, learn about the farm, and complete their order. The result is a seamless, engaging shopping experience that reflects the premium nature of the brand.
